The 'Laurel Wreath' and the 'Pelican in her Piety' charges are restricted to use by Members of these Orders only. They are essentially copyrighted images. You HAVE to be invited  into their Order (and accept their invitation) to be able to wear their imagery. These Peerages recognize individuals as top-tier performers in their area. It can take some individuals over 20 years to join a Peerage!
