Sign Heraldry may still exist in other countries (or even Alaska) in of the West Kingdom in ASL or in other signed languages outside of the US mainland. The Sign Heralds are presently doing outreach to see if there are any Sign Heralds, Voices of the Populace, or even any other Signing Groups created overseas.
